Three-quarters of office workers have had disputes over the best climate of their office and say the temperatures are never quite right, it’s been uncovered.
Market research amongst people who work in offices found that lots of individuals are unsatisfied about the temperature of their office, whether it’s too hot or too cold because of portable air conditioners.
Portable air conditioning units can also lead to further problems if they’re not at the proper temperature, with nearly 90 percent of workers saying that their place of work can be freezing.
However, it is important to have air conditioning set up as 61 percent of respondents said that being too warm is far worse than being too cold at work.
There are also regional variations – with people working in the North West very likely to dispute with their co-workers over temperature than some other region of the country and workers in the South West and London more laid back about their office’s air con.
